Bir qator benzin va dizel dvigatellari Volvo Modulli dvigateli 1990 yildan 2016 yilgacha konserning Shvetsiyaning Skövde shahridagi dvigatel zavodida 4, 5, 6 silindrli versiyalarda yig'ilgan. Volvo avtomobillariga qo'shimcha ravishda, bu birliklar Renault-da N-seriyasi sifatida va Ford-da Duratec ST sifatida o'rnatildi.

Volvo modulli dvigatelli benzinli dvigatellar

Dizel dvigatellari Volvo modulli dvigatel

Modulli oilaning dizellari benzinli ichki yonuv dvigatellaridan biroz kechroq paydo bo'ldi, faqat 2001 yilda. HFO quvvat uzatmalarida shuningdek, quyma temir yengli alyuminiy blok, ikkita eksantrik milili alyuminiy DOHC boshi, vaqtni o'lchash kamarining haydovchisi va, albatta, super zaryadlash mavjud edi. Yoqilg'i quyish Bosch EDC15 yoki EDC16 uskunalari bilan Common Rail tizimi tomonidan amalga oshirildi.
